After getting the pie punishment of a lifetime last year, Billy has grown more wary of people. He's showing symptoms of ptsd, is struggling in school, is in therapy, and has constant nightmares of being stripped naked and pied mercilessly. He calls up Omega Nu Pi and submits himself to be pied again, as recommended by his therapist, who suggests "exposure therapy." As part of his deal with the Cream Team, Billy submitted himself to get even more pies slammed in his face, most of which ended up on the video that's on youtube.

As it happens, Omega Nu Pi is having recruitment troubles, so they were only too happy to take out their frustration on this poor underclassman.
